Several years ago a young man by the name of Coleby started a Lemonade Stand at the age of 8 yrs old in hopes of raising funds to support a local Humane Shelter. After meeting my friend Stephen Betters of LEMONADE FOR KIDS he switched his cause to support the Barbara Bush Children's Cancer Hospital where Stephen visits children fighting cancer. He's been supporting the BBCH for 3 yrs now and has raised hundreds of dollars each year. Coleby is now 13 years of age and I must say that the boys heart is in the right place.
Coleby sets his Lemaonade Stand up in Randolph just before the bridge crossing over to Gardiner. Please consider supporting his efforts by stopping in and purchasing a fresh drink or a pastry to help him with his cause. His stand will be open from 11 to 3pm Saturday August 31, Sunday September 1 and Monday September 2nd.
